Director, Hyperscale Development EMEA

Location
Flexible across Europe with regular travel across key EMEA markets.

JOB PURPOSE

STACK Infrastructure is looking for a commercially driven sales leader to support growth across hyperscale cloud providers and emerging NeoCloud platforms throughout EMEA.
This role focuses on building strategic client relationships, originating large-scale opportunities, and supporting the delivery of scalable data centre solutions across multiple European markets.
Working closely with teams across development, construction, finance, operations, and marketing, the successful candidate will help align client demand with STACK’s delivery capabilities while contributing to long-term, commercially sustainable growth.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and grow relationships with hyperscale and NeoCloud clients across EMEA.
  • Originate and progress large-scale data centre opportunities.
  • Support commercial negotiations and deal structuring activities.
  • Generate pipeline through client engagement, industry networking, and events.
  • Work cross-functionally to support delivery of client solutions.
  • Partner with marketing teams on strategic campaigns and account engagement.
  • Represent STACK at client meetings and industry events across EMEA.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience within hyperscale, cloud, digital infrastructure, or data centre sales environments.
  • Demonstrated involvement in large-scale enterprise or infrastructure transactions.
  • Understanding of data centre commercial models, including MRC and YoC frameworks.
  • Experience operating within complex enterprise or hyperscale procurement environments.
  • Ability to balance commercial competitiveness with long-term business objectives.
  • Experience supporting multi-market infrastructure transactions.
  • Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management capability.
  • Ability to build relationships across multiple teams, markets, and cultures.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working across EMEA with regular travel.

TRAVEL
Travel across EMEA is a core part of the role and may occasionally be required at short notice to support client and project activity.
