About the Role:

The role will be responsible driving better operational excellence of our platform specialists in the EMEA office (through adoption of tools, automation and processes) and evolving the working relationship between the OMD EMEA and Annalect India. You will be the key contact for both Annalect India and the client teams and Performance (Digital) Marketing function, gathering feedback from both parties, standardising process cross agency where appropriate, analysing the current scope and exploring opportunities for growth.

This role will have three key functions:

  1. Drive adoption of OMD automated process for Performance (Digital) Marketing (Omni Governance – automated QA, standardised reporting dashboard) and identify new solutions
  2. Management of our ‘bench team’ of flexible resource.
  3. Monitoring utilisation of client-allocated offshore staff, and reassigning any underutilised hours to support requests on other clients in an agile way

This includes training and upskilling, taking and assessing briefs, allocating workload, ensuring quality outputs, and monitoring performance & allocation.

This role reports to the Digital Partner, with a dotted line into the Head of Business Operations and will work closely with senior leads at Annalect India. The role will also involve working collaboratively with many different people and teams within the agencies and at Annalect India.  Therefore you must be confident in building relationships with others (sometimes at a senior level) and be able to work alongside them to deliver successful growth and improved ways of working.

Responsibilities

  • Escalation point for any issues arising from either the Annalect India or OMD EMEA agency teams, to ensure a continually smooth relationship
  • Capturing existing processes and usage by task of Annalect India across different agency channel teams
  • Analysing existing workflows and making recommendations on where to standardise best practice and where there are opportunities to further utilise Annalect India
  • Leveraging offshore in creation of documentation and training guides to help benefit the Annalect India teams and ensure their output is consistent (where possible) across the UK agency teams
  • Setting up training sessions for the Annalect India teams with relevant suppliers and platforms where relevant
  • Analysing the monthly utilisation reports to ensure that the Annalect India team are used optimally and highlighting opportunities for growth by agency
  • Looking at current workflows including the use of Hive (workflow management platform) to integrate Annalect India as best possible within the UK teams
  • Exploring opportunities to add further depth to the Annalect India scope through more senior roles (where relevant) and understanding the existing Annalect India resources to know who may be appropriate for these roles
  • Exploring opportunities for growth of the Annalect India team within existing channels and making recommendations on how to better use the available resource
  • in exploring if newly approved roles can be fulfilled by Annalect India resource, or need UK fulfilment (by understanding Annalect India scope and expertise)
  • Sharing the capabilities and case studies from Annalect India (including other territories as well as cross agency) through roadshows, periodic reviews with account/agency stakeholders
  • Support on recruitment drives to identify the right candidates for our offshore team
  • Support in onboarding processes to ensure appropriate onboarding into OMD EMEA expected standards, outputs, and working processes
  • Rollout and guardianship of operational performance products across accounts including defining, building and enforcing structure and ways of working. Examples include automated QA, dashboard pacing and reporting, and automation opportunities
  • Maintenance of internal team utilisation
  • Maintenance of planed vs actual investment across accounts

About You:

  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels, across paid search, paid social and programmatic
  • Hands on experience in the platforms and processes involved in activating digital campaigns
  • Process-oriented
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong training skills
  • Financially and commercially astute
  • Good people management including gravitas with senior leadership, and confident in building relationships
  • Ability to consider multiple views and make balanced recommendations
  • Solution focused and able to drive change
  • Willing to travel to India (when restrictions ease) to meet the Annalect India team
