The role

As the Senior Director of Business Analytics and Business Systems at Legora, you will lead the data and systems power decision-making across the company. You will be at the center of our business, owning the analytics function and the systems that enable it.

You will define our data strategy, build scalable infrastructure, and ensure teams have the insights and tools they need to operate effectively, partnering closely with leaders across Finance, GTM, Product, and Operations to turn data into a strategic advantage.

What You’ll Do
  • Define and lead the company’s analytics and business systems strategy, aligned with overall business goals

  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team across analytics, data, and business systems

  • Own the development of dashboards, reporting frameworks, and KPIs that drive decision-making across teams

  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify opportunities, measure performance, and unlock growth

  • Oversee the architecture, implementation, and optimization of core business systems

  • Drive automation and process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability

  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership and board-level discussions

  • Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to support evolving business needs

What You Bring
  • Strong experience in analytics, business intelligence, data, or business systems

  • Proven experience building and scaling analytics or business systems functions in a high-growth environment

  • Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, and analytics best practices

  • Experience managing core business systems such as CRM, ERP, and BI tools

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect data to business outcomes

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience partnering with senior leadership

  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Nice To Have

  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, or other data-driven industries

  • Familiarity with modern data stacks

  • Experience with RevOps, FP&A, or go-to-market analytics

  • Background in SQL, Python, or other data tools

  • Experience supporting executive reporting and board materials
