About The Role

What You’ll Do

You will be joining FTI Consulting’s fast-growing, cross-sector Crisis & Litigation team in the Strategic Communications segment, based in London.

The team regularly supports clients to prepare for and respond to threats to their organisation – including cyber-security incidents, significant operational disruptions, legal disputes, and other high-profile reputational issues.

  • Leading on the design and delivery of crisis training and simulation exercises for clients.

  • Playing a central role in business development activities – including leading on proposals, drafting thought leadership, and contributing to team marketing events.

How You’ll Grow

As part of the Crisis & Litigation team, you will:

  • Grow your specialist crisis management and communications skills, furthering your understanding of what good practice crisis response looks like and how to embed this in complex organisations.

  • Interact directly with senior leaders and clients, understanding how they operate under the pressure of crisis situations and techniques to manage this.

  • Work as part of a wider international team and collaborate with sector experts from across FTI.

  • Play a central role in business development and marketing initiatives, building your professional network and your understanding of running a practice – including good financial management.

  • Work with our Graduates, Consultants and Senior Consultants to nurture and develop our pipeline of talent.

  • Join the Strategic Communications segment at a time of exciting growth and expansion.

More broadly, we are committed to investing and supporting you in your professional development and we have developed a range of programmes focused on fostering leadership, growth and development opportunities. We aim to promote continuous learning and individual skills development through on-the-job learning, self-guided professional development courses and certifications. You’ll be assigned a dedicated coach to mentor, guide and support you through regular coaching sessions and serve as an advocate for your professional growth.

As you progress through your career at FTI Consulting, we offer tailored programs for critical professional milestones to ensure you are prepared and empowered to take on your next role.
