Job Description

At DK Technology, we are looking for a Digital Workspace Assistant to support the day-to-day running of our core digital tools and help deliver a seamless employee experience for 12 months. This fixed-term contract is an opportunity for someone to build their career in technology, gain exposure across DK UK and our global teams, and develop a strong understanding of how digital systems support publishing.

Working closely with the Senior Digital Workspace Manager, you will help support key workplace platforms, assist with digital projects, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the tools and processes that colleagues rely on every day. From troubleshooting user queries to supporting system updates and user adoption, this role is central to helping DK Technology deliver practical, reliable solutions that keep the business moving.

In This Role

You will be the go-to person for support across tools such as Asana and Google Workspace, helping colleagues get the most from the systems they use every day. You will also support content management and publishing automation tools, working with internal teams and suppliers to help resolve issues, maintain system updates, and improve the way our platforms operate.

You will ensure technology is used effectively across the business, that users feel supported, and key processes run smoothly. This includes creating guides and training materials to make it easier for colleagues to adopt new tools and follow best practice.

Why You’ll Enjoy

This is a fantastic fixed-term role for someone who wants to learn, grow, and gain breadth across a busy and collaborative technology environment. For 12 months, you will have the chance to unpick tricky technical problems with manager support, building confidence as you go and developing your own technical knowledge along the way.

Our small team provides exposure to both UK and global operations, offering insight into how technology supports publishing commercially and practically. You will build stakeholder relationships and support meaningful business change.

Who You Are

We are looking for someone who enjoys helping others, learning new systems, and keeping things organised. You may be a graduate with a technology-related qualification, someone with experience in tech support or IT support, or someone who has already worked with project management tools such as Asana and is looking to take the next step.

You will have a basic understanding of workflows and a genuine interest in how digital tools can improve the way businesses operate. You will also be a strong communicator, able to explain technical information clearly, manage your workload carefully, and build positive relationships with colleagues and suppliers.

Essentials

  • Experience using a project management tool such as Asana

  • A technology-based qualification, a tech-related degree, or experience in tech support / IT support

  • A basic understanding of workflows and digital processes

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • A proactive, collaborative approach and a willingness to learn

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace or similar cloud-based tools

  • Experience supporting SaaS tools, digital asset management (DAM) systems , or workplace platforms

  • Interest in AI-enabled tools, digital automation, or change management
