Manage day-to-day editorial processes for Puffin 6+ fiction and allocated YA titles, support brand vision and metadata, coordinate schedules and stakeholders, edit/manuscript assess, and drive growth across frontlist, backlist, reissues and non-trade programmes while liaising with production, design, sales and external authors.

Coordinate intake, processing and tracking of media materials and metadata across internal and external suppliers. Maintain live systems, troubleshoot delivery/workflow issues, book edits with post houses, meet delivery deadlines, update metadata and support localisation and catalogue transfers.

Provide administrative and editorial support across the imprint: read and report on submissions, draft copy, manage internal book processes and scheduling, liaise with authors and internal departments, handle author care and distribution of review/finished copies, proofread assets, manage title data, process invoices and royalties, monitor infringements, and take minutes for meetings.

Lead Century Fiction's publishing program on a 9-month fixed-term contract: manage acquisitions, edit and publish commercial fiction, oversee schedules and budgets, nurture author relationships, and coordinate Sales, Marketing, Publicity and Rights to deliver ambitious campaigns.

Lead and deliver finance transformation across Fremantle UK: design and execute a roadmap, integrate acquired portfolios, standardise processes, implement systems and automation (SAP/BW/FMIS, dashboards, AI), balance Group and local requirements, and drive change to improve reporting quality, efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction.
