Lead strategic publicity campaigns for Penguin Press titles across print, broadcast, podcasts, digital and social. Develop original campaign ideas, build media and partner relationships, plan author events and tours, manage budgets, write press materials, evaluate outcomes, and collaborate with Editorial, Marketing, Sales and Rights to maximise commercial and cultural impact.

Manage illustrated children's book projects from concept to completion, working with authors, licensors, designers and internal teams. Shape editorial content, keep projects on time and budget, pitch new ideas, support senior editors, and collaborate with Sales, Production and marketing teams while staying current with children's entertainment trends.
