Location: Hybrid. 3-2 days onsite in our UK, Slough office.
Purpose
The EMEA/ANZ training department are extending their multi-platform training solutions. Digital excellence is one of the key pillars of our business. We’re looking for someone to support the accelerated development of on-line digital training material to meet the growing demand from our customers. Reporting to the Digital Training Manager.
The Job (responsibilities):
- Create and develop digital training of SBD products using the Articulate software, for both internal and external training sites
- Create video content– both filming and editing (we have our own studio in Slough)
- Source and prepare images from our internal library
- Leverage AI for content generation
- Upload translations and liaise with Commercial Training Managers to prepare courses for publishing
- Editing and approval of new course material
- Liaising with the US Digital team to review training material that can be adapted for EMEA/ANZ to increase our volume of courses
- Support digital tracking & reporting
The Person (requirements):
- Proven experience in a similar role: Learning & Development, Training Development
- Relevant qualification in digital content creation, marketing or other relevant
- IT Skills: Experience working with Photoshop & video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects or Camtasia)
- Articulate 360 is an advantage but training can be provided
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate across and throughout the organization

- Effective organisation skills with the ability to multi-task
