The Role

As a Digital Project Manager, you are consulting all kinds of digital projects bringing in your expertise along the whole project lifecycle. You coordinate agile cross-disciplinary teams and are used to working with client and internal stakeholders alongside external vendors and consultants.

You will coordinate project milestones, resource, and financial operations, appointments, creation and maintenance of project plans, risk management and quality assurance as part of your role.

You will submit project deliverables to clients, ensuring their quality, as well as owning the operational project reporting and supporting the team in developing the account.

About You

  • You have an agile mindset, coupled with confidence, energy, and enthusiasm
  • You are experienced with innovative digital product development practices (Scrum, SAFe, Analytics, Business Models, Co-ordination & Design Thinking)
  • You offer profound experience in Project Management is a must: time management, organisational skills, interpersonal skills, decision-making, risk assessment, strategic planning, project lifecycle management, budgeting, performance tracking, financial modelling
  • You bring Project Manager certifications (ideally)
  • You are experienced in agile project management platforms (e.g. Atlassian suite, especially Jira and Confluence)
  • You have stakeholder management skills – whether in presentations, stakeholder reviews, workshops, or other types of interaction
  • You are an absolute team player and a great communicator and collaborator
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
