Digital Product Strategist
HBK is a leading test and measurement company that provides sensors, instruments, software, and systems for measuring physical quantities such as force, torque, strain, vibration, acoustics, and electric power. We serve customers from various industries such as aerospace, automotive, energy, medical, and robotics. We also offer customized solutions, calibration services, and training for our products.
We are looking for a Digital Product Strategist to join our team and help us shape the future of our company. You will be responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive digital product strategy that will enable us to leverage digital technologies and capabilities to enhance our customer value proposition, and foster innovation and growth. This role requires someone who has a strong background and experience of software with software and digital services in the test and measurement, durability and reliability, structural load and dynamics, sound and vibration and electrical testing, as well as the relevant domains such as aerospace, automotive, energy, medical, and robotics. They also need to have excellent digital product knowledge, as well as the ability to communicate and present complex ideas and solutions in a simple and compelling way.

Responsibilities:

Conduct a thorough analysis of the current software strategy and produce and maintain a roadmap to identify key opportunities for transformation.

Develop a detailed roadmap and action plan for the digital product strategy outlining the specific goals and objectives, the key initiatives and projects, the timelines and milestones, the resources and investments, and the expected outcomes and impacts.

Create and execute a comprehensive digital product strategy for HBK

Establish and monitor key performance indicators and metrics, and use data and feedback to measure and evaluate the progress and results of our digital product strategy, and to adjust and adapt it as needed.

Engage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, such as employees, customers, partners, suppliers, regulators, and media, and ensure their alignment and support for our digital product strategy.

Influence and inspire teams and individuals across different functions and regions, and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.

Identify and leverage customer insights and feedback to inform and improve our product development and innovation processes.

Explore and evaluate new technologies, tools, and methods that can enhance our product offerings and customer experience.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, business, or a related field.

At least 10 years of experience in the test and measurement industry, or similar, as well as the relevant domains such as aerospace, automotive, energy, medical, and robotics.

At least 5 years of experience in leading and executing successful digital transformation initiatives, such as developing and launching new software and services, enhancing customer experience and engagement, optimizing operational efficiency and productivity, and fostering innovation and collaboration.

Strong knowledge and understanding of the current and future trends, challenges, and opportunities in the test and measurement market, as well as the customer needs and expectations.

Ability to identify and capitalize on product-related upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and to suggest additional products or services that may interest the customer.

Excellent creativity and analytical thinking skills, as well as the ability to communicate and present complex ideas and solutions in a simple and compelling way.
