The Application Engineer provides technical support for real-time products, assists customers with configurations, offers training, and collaborates with R&D to improve products.

Manage full sales cycle to grow revenue across UK & Ireland by acquiring new accounts and expanding existing customers for nCode and ReliaSoft software, services, and material testing. Develop strategic sales plans, generate leads, collaborate with technical teams for demos/proposals, maintain customer relationships, and provide accurate forecasts and pipeline reporting.

Lead organisation design and operating model workstreams: run senior workshops, translate principles into structures, governance, decision rights and ways of working, build and test design scenarios, maintain delivery governance, and support implementation, readiness and adoption across stakeholders.
