We’re hiring for a Digital Operations Manager to join our Global Data, Tech & Operations Services team in London.
Purpose of the Role
As Digital Operations Manager you’ll join our Global Data, Tech & Operations Services team working with some of our most prestigious clients. You’ll lead excellence in many aspects of digital operations, such areas as implementation, remediation and data governance processes, global taxonomy and quality control, bridging the gap between planning and operational/implementation teams across key global clients.
You’ll serve as a technical ambassador offering solutions and ways of working around systems, process improvements, training and the support of improving workflows whilst ensuring that digital media operations workflows are strictly documented, monitored, and maintained in line with client’s data strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with both global and local Dentsu teams to develop consistent best practice operational processes (strong data foundations).
- Support in the rollout and adoption of best practice processes to help drive high-quality, well-executed client deliverables across the digital media landscape.
- Closely align digital media operations workflows with the insights objectives and reporting for global clients’ businesses.
- Writing of ‘playbooks’ for clients and internal teams to instruct on processes.
- Ensure that platforms and platform configurations are strictly documented, their health is monitored, and that their operability is maintained at exceptional levels in collaboration with dentsu’s offshore digital operations team.
- Ensure that our digital media platforms are configured to deliver correct & appropriate data that supports these reporting & insight goals.
Qualifications + Skills
- Extensive Digital Media Operations experience gained within agencies, digital platforms, or possibly programmatic networks.
- A strong working understanding and recent use of digital media platforms including Google Marketing Platform, Ad servers, DSPs, Ad verification platforms, Web analytics tools, Creative management platforms, DCO and DMPs/audience management.
- Experienced in technical execution and issue resolution and supporting and leading the identification, formation and deployment of new processes for global teams.
- Ability to clearly understand client objectives and how to map these across digital media platform and operations configurations & workflows.
- A highly motivated and well organised self-starter with the ability to manage own workload to meet tight deadlines, be analytical, articulate and possess excellent attention to detail and demonstrate professionalism.
- Great communication skills with the ability to maintain and develop relationships internally and externally from all regions and markets with the ability to clearly articulate an operations & technology narrative in client-friendly terms.
