The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a key role in driving digital engagement and lead generation through strategic, multi-channel marketing initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Global Marketing Manager, this remote role partners closely with cross-functional teams to optimize website content, enhance email nurture programs, and deliver impactful digital experiences. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of holistic digital marketing strategy, hands-on technical skills, and a data-driven mindset, with occasional domestic travel to support business needs.

What you will be doing:

  • Assist with digital marketing strategy and campaigns that align with portfolio goals and objectives.
  • Make recommendations on holistic campaigns, channels, content based on what is trying to be achieved.
  • Make recommendations on new content, layout, meta descriptions/tags, organic SEO.
  • Manage updates with regional partners with providing deadlines and making sure projects are maintained.
  • MAssisting in building and executing marketing campaigns – activities include but not limited to, campaign flow builds, email/html creation, audience list creation, outbound landing page creation, form creation, media placement tracking, etc. Eloqua experience a plus.
  • Forecast, track, and report on campaign effectiveness metrics as well as overall ROI to internal stakeholders.
  • Leverage data to make intelligent, informed recommendations, decisions and forecasts regarding our paid investments.

Skills you will need:

  • Bachelors Degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • 3+ years of integrated/digital marketing experience
  • Detail-oriented with proven analytical and project management skills
  • Extensive experience with running and managing Marketing Automation and website platforms.
  • Past success in driving results that make bottom-line impact to the business
  • Ability to manage many projects at one time and use agile methodology
  • Biotech/Bioscience/Medical Science experience is a plus
