About the role

The Digital Marketing Specialist plays a key role in driving Clear Junction’s inbound growth by executing high-impact digital campaigns and marketing automation, improving marketing efficiency, and delivering data-driven insights to scale the company’s digital footprint. 

This position is based in London, UK.

Requirements

  • Help shape the plan for paid channels, including where we spend, who we target, and what we test.
  • Build and run digital campaigns across agreed channels, keeping set-ups accurate and improving results week by week.
  • Keep tracking and reporting accurate data, and share clear updates on what’s working and what needs changing.
  • Work with the team to improve landing pages and forms so more visitors become leads.
  • Build campaigns around content, turning key pieces into ads, landing pages, and distribution plans that drive enquiries.
  • Run intent-led activity, focusing spend and messaging on firms showing signs of interest and coordinating with sales on follow-up.
  • Support marketing automation and email activity when needed, such as lead nurture and event follow-up, using approved copy and templates.
  • Manage LinkedIn delivery, including creating and scheduling posts, coordinating internal amplifications and improving results month to month.

Requirements
  • Hands-on B2B digital marketing experience, ideally in fintech, payments or financial services.
  • Comfortable owning campaign delivery and also pitching in across the wider marketing workload when priorities shift.
  • Confident with reporting and using data to make practical improvements.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organisation.
  • Good judgment on LinkedIn, including what to post, how to phrase it and when to push back.
  • HubSpt experience is a plus.
  • Comfortable working in a structured approvals process and keeping execution tidy and well-documented.
