Your Mission

Hawk is looking for a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. We’re using cutting-edge AI technology to fight money-laundering, fraud, and other financial crime. Your mission is to execute digital marketing programs that engage with our key audiences around and world and meet brand, MQL, SQL and Pipeline targets.

Your Responsibilities

  • Create and execute global digital marketing plans that enable Hawk to achieve its demand capture, demand creation and brand awareness goals in its target regions

  • Plan and lead the strategy for optimizing Hawk’s organic search visibility, driving demand capture and awareness through SEO and GEO and supporting the optimization of digital content on the website and Hawk YouTube channel

  • Build and optimize paid search programs that drive demand

  • Manage and grow the company’s paid presence on LinkedIn to generate demand and brand visibility

  • Ensure that Hawk is positively represented on the appropriate third-party review and other websites

  • Oversee the management of Hawk’s email marketing activity

  • Be responsible for the Hawk website, continually optimizing content and user experience, and leading the next iteration of the site

  • Start every day with the metrics: monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and optimize accordingly

  • Introduce new digital marketing ideas by keeping up to date on trends and technologies and implement best practices to help drive visibility and MQLs/SQLs/Pipeline

  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Marketing Operations, designers, and external web agency to ensure that digital activity is planned and executed effectively

  • Manage budgets with care and precision to ensure maximum ROI

Your Profile

  • 5+ years’ experience of Digital Marketing, preferably for a B2B technology organization

  • A solid understanding of key Marketing metrics and a proven track record in delivering on targets, through determination, organization and creative thinking

  • An obsession with numbers - you get up every day with a desire to look at data, and you’re proactive and quick in drawing conclusions, sharing your ideas, and optimizing campaigns

  • The ability to present digital marketing plans and results to a wide range of internal audiences

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics and LinkedIn advertising is essential (certifications are preferred)

  • Experience of Hubspot would be an advantage

  • Excellent written English (proficiency in German is a plus)

  • Exceptional organizational capabilities and a strong eye for detail

  • Self-motivation, proactivity and drive

  • Experience in the financial services sector would be an advantage
