Innovation & Growth

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging paid media trends, tools, and platform updates.
  • Lead experimentation with new ad formats, automation tools, and audience strategies.
  • Support the development of Swanky’s paid media frameworks and best practices.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across one or more key platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar).
  • Strong understanding of campaign structure, audience segmentation, and creative best practices across different channels.
  • Ability to brief, collaborate with, and provide feedback to designers to produce high-performing ad creatives.
  • Confident in analysing performance data, interpreting trends, and turning insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Familiarity with conversion tracking, attribution, and data analysis tools such as GA4, Polar,  and Google Tag Manager (with support available from our Data & Analytics team).
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and results clearly to both clients and internal teams.
