Basic Function

Our Global Branding, Digital Marketing & External Communications team is looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Manager, a marketeer with a passion for building brand recognition with key talent. This full-time role reports into the Associate Director Global Brand. The Global Branding, Digital Marketing & External Communications team is responsible for driving brand awareness and lead generation while working closely with other teams across our enterprise.

The right person plays a key role in supporting the global team in all aspects of communications and engagement with external prospects, candidates, and new hires using all digital platforms to promote the Wolters Kluwer Employer Brand, enabling us to become top of mind with prospective talent. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build, maintain, and constantly optimize a consistent message about the employee experience and what prospective talent can expect when working for Wolters Kluwer and our power brands.
  • Create content leveraging the employees’ voice and experience.
  • Support Employer & Talent Brand campaign orchestration; both sponsored and organic across all digital platforms, using our Colleague Experience Promise Be the difference.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Maintain internal Colleague Experience Promise platform.
  • Manage the company’s talent community, including creation and deployment of talent newsletter. Seek opportunities to segment and optimize engagement.
  • Establish Wolters Kluwer’s alumni network.
  • Special projects as appropriate and upon request.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.

Experience

  • 3-7 years of experience in Marketing or Communications, preferably in an international environment.

Skills and Competencies

  • Demonstrated experience in campaign development and management.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their respective best practices; familiarity with digital marketing techniques.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, native or near native English.
  • Continuously looks for improvements, has a detail oriented approach to work.

Physical Demands

This is a hybrid role with a requirement of being in Alphen office a minimum of 8 days a month, innovating and working together in a growing team.
