The Value of Active Minds

About Jupiter

Jupiter is one of the UK’s leading investment management companies with just over 500 employees and £51.4 billion worth of assets under management (as at 30th June 2023).

Jupiter provides investment services to individual and institutional investors through mutual funds (UK unit trusts, Luxembourg SICAVs and Dublin OEICs), separately managed accounts and sub-advised funds. Jupiter has experienced a period of international growth with offices open in EMEA, APAC and the US.

The majority of our employees are based in our London office located just minutes from Victoria station which provides stair-free access from both the Underground’s Victoria line and National Rail platforms, as well as limited road crossings to the Jupiter office. Our London office was designed to encourage employees to live active, healthy lives with floor-to-ceiling windows that allow for greater natural light and the benefit of a private balcony, table tennis room, cycle storage and on-site shower and locker facilities. The short distance to Green Park and St James' Park also provides employees with a natural space to relax during their lunch break and a healthy alternative to office-based meetings.

We offer our UK employees a 3:2 hybrid working arrangement where Tuesdays, Thursdays and a third day of your choice are worked from the office. The other two days may be worked from home.  This facilitates collaboration and allows employees to maximise productivity whilst maintaining a healthy work/life balance.

Key Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in elevating Jupiter’s digital presence and delivering client-centric experiences across our global website network. You will ensure that our online content is not only accurate and on-brand but also optimised for engagement and conversion.

You’ll support both day-to-day publishing tasks and innovative projects—ranging from hands-on HTML edits and Marketo campaign builds to UX enhancements and data-driven optimisations, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive measurable impact. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with foundational web and digital marketing skills to grow within a leading asset management firm and help shape the future of our online customer journeys.

To support our shift to innovative, client‑centric digital experiences, the Digital Marketing Executive will:

  • CMS & Website Publishing: Manage content and document publishing across 50 global sites via our CMS, ensuring accuracy, consistency and brand compliance.

  • Technical Web Tasks: Perform basic HTML edits, template configuration and troubleshoot minor site issues; liaise with developers for advanced fixes.

  • Email Marketing Support: Assist with Marketo platform management—configure campaigns, build and test automation workflows, integration with CRM systems such as Salesforce and support internal user training and inquiries.

  • User Journey & UX Enhancement: Contribute to continuous improvement of the website experience by gathering feedback, proposing micro‑optimisations and participating in A/B tests.

  • Analytics & KPI Reporting: Coordinate with analytics colleagues to collect and analyse engagement metrics, enabling data‑driven decision making.

  • Social media support: Coordinate creation and scheduling of social media utilising image-editing software to produce visual assets.

  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Work closely with product, Legal and Compliance to ensure all digital content meets regional regulatory standards and accessibility requirements.

  • Innovation & Learning: Research emerging digital marketing trends, competitor activity; pilot small‑scale experiments (interactive graphics, AI‑driven content tools) and demonstrate a passion for continuous learning.

  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Investment Marketing, Client Experience, IT and Digital Marketing Managers to deliver cohesive campaigns and digital assets.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Some prior website and digital marketing experience (internships, projects 1–2 years in a related role).

  • Experience publishing across multiple digital channels including website and social media.

  • Basic technical skills: HTML, and familiarity with CMS platforms.

  • Exposure to email automation tools and understanding of best practices in scalability and operational design.

  • Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and process improvement.

  • Eagerness to learn new technologies and contribute fresh ideas.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multi‑cultural teams.

  • A demonstrable interest in financial services and awareness of compliance implications.

  • Experience in the asset management / finance industry is desirable.

Desired Skills / Experience

  • Demonstrable proficiency with email marketing automation platforms (e.g. Adobe Marketo Engage)

  • Hands-on experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce

  • Expertise in social-media management tools (for example, Hootsuite)

  • Image and short video editing capabilities with tools like Canva

Additional Role Details

  • This role is subject to the Conduct Rules set by the FCA.
