What You'll Bring:

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team on a fixed term basis. You will be based both from our office in Leeds and working remotely as part of our ‘flex together’ approach.

In this fast-paced role you’ll work with our wider Marketing team to manage and optimise our digital presence including website and digital channels to engage, acquire and convert business customers.

Day to Day You’ll Be:

  • Implement digital marketing strategies to drive, optimise and convert online traffic to the company website.
  • Focus on front-end website development using CMS platforms to enhance user experience and drive engagement.
  • Measure and report performance of relevant webpages and assess against goals (ROI and other KPIs).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimise webpages and user funnels
  • Utilise strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Implement and optimise SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Troubleshoot website content to proactively fix broken links, tidy navigation, resize images etc.

The role also includes elements of more generalised marketing to support the wider team:

  • Supporting team on events and campaigns during busy periods
  • Editing/proof reading copy
  • Working within our Marketing Automation Platform to deploy a monthly enewsletter and produce necessary reporting
  • Stakeholder management

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing with a focus on front-end website development.
  • Experience managing SEO/SEM, PPC, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
