*12-Month Fixed-Term Contract – December start*

This is a strategic Digital Lead role, coordinating digital strategy, planning and execution across the UK market. We're looking for a UK Digital Marketing Lead to provide maternity cover on a 12-month fixed-term contract basis, joining our Global Digital Marketing Strategy & Enablement team.

The UK is a J10 / Tier 1 market operating under a Full Partnership service model, and this is a market-facing generalist role: a dynamic and commercially astute Digital Marketer with 5-10 years of experience, adept at owning the end-to-end digital picture for the UK and coordinating across all digital service areas. Skilled in working independently and collaboratively within complex matrix structures, leveraging in-depth digital channel knowledge to deliver measurable results and support JLL's ongoing success in the UK market.

This UK Digital Marketing Lead combines strategic vision with hands-on expertise to drive digital transformation and deliver exceptional marketing outcomes in a dynamic, global environment, and acts as the single point of contact between UK Field Marketing and central specialist teams reporting directly to the EMEA Senior Director, Digital Strategy & Enablement.

The successful candidate will be expected to complete a structured handover, maintain continuity of the UK digital service throughout the 12-month contract, and support a smooth transition back at the end of the assignment. This role is pivotal in supporting JLL's ongoing growth ambitions in the UK market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the digital relationship with UK Field Marketing: act as the single point of contact for the UK's digital strategy, planning, and performance reporting
  • Accountable for JLL.co.uk website, utilising Adobe Experience Manager CMS to optimise content, improve SEO/GEO visibility, and drive unique visitor growth, coordinating with the central .com Build & Run team as needed
  • Lead, optimise and monitor performance strategies across all digital channels for the UK market, regularly tracking KPIs and proposing improvements
  • Lead the digital channel strategy & create a comprehensive digital journey map for UK campaigns, working closely with in-house experts across various digital disciplines as a generalist, not a channel specialist
  • Act as the local Paid Media Point of Contact (POC): own always-on paid search locally, agree local budget split by service line with Field Marketing, and verify landing pages, UTMs and form tracking to protect user journey integrity ahead of campaigns going live
  • Provide advice and guidance on ABM, being a key digital strategic partner supporting UK ABM activation and channels
  • Oversee MarTech tools deployment and adoption in UK (including Eloqua), ensuring best practices and governance
  • Enhance email marketing effectiveness through improved contact data management and audience segmentation
  • Coordinate with the Regional Digital Lead for escalations and strategic input, and with central platform teams (AEM, SEO/GEO, Analytics, Eloqua, Paid Media, Campaigns & Programs) to translate central best practice into local delivery
  • Participate in the structured monthly J10 service touchpoints (strategy session, performance review, central updates, and paid media review), acting as quality controller and strategist over AI-assisted routine tasks
  • Collaborate closely with offshore teams to execute digital strategies, providing clear direction, excellent communication skills and ensuring rigorous quality control
  • Complete a structured handover with the outgoing UK Digital Marketing Lead prior to the start of leave, and support a structured handback at the end of the 12-month contract

Required Skills and Attributes:

  • 5-10  years of experience in digital marketing, ideally with prior experience covering a similar generalist Digital Lead / Digital Marketing Director role
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Eloqua, or equivalent enterprise CMS/marketing automation platforms
  • Proficient with AI tools, and able to embed them into everyday ways of working to improve efficiency, quality, and decision-making
  • Comfortable operating as a generalist across all digital disciplines rather than as a single-channel specialist, and able to prioritise and coordinate rather than execute everything directly
  • Able to ramp up quickly within a defined 12-month fixed-term contract, absorbing an existing strategy, stakeholder relationships, and ways of working with minimal disruption to the UK market
  • Highly analytical with proven ability to develop insightful digital channel performance reports and utilise data to drive decisions
  • Strong ability to manage complex matrix relationships and collaborate across diverse teams
  • Confident in advising on digital marketing channels, trends, and best practices
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Business fluency in English (written and spoken)
