As Digital Manager in our Melbourne office, you will own and develop the online presence of select clients through digital media strategy (largely focused on social and search). You’ll help bring brands to life, share actionable insights to improve customer journeys and engage audiences through targeted campaigns and partnerships.

The ideal candidate is a digital-first thinker with a broad understanding of the digital ecosystem and experience across platforms. You will combine technical expertise with strong stakeholder engagement skills, confidently presenting results and recommendations to internal teams and external clients.

Core responsibilities:                                                   

  • Manage, execute and measure key digital channels with a focus on social and search.

  • Partner client in developing clear objectives for campaign briefs ensuring alignment with overall brand and digital strategy.

  • Complete the journey in mapping out tactical recommendations around audience, environment and creative mix for briefs.

  • Participate and be the lead in client WIPs and PCAs bringing insights, optimisations and recommendations.

A bit about you:

  • A thorough understanding of the digital media market place with at least 3 years of relevant industry experience

  • Solid understanding of the automotive industry - prior experience working on automotive clients will be highly regarded

  • A broad understanding of the technology and platforms that support the digital ecosystem

  • Able to provide a generalist view of all facets of digital media (biddable and non-biddable) and how they can work together effectively in the context of a media strategy and/or plan

  • Actively contribute to the channel planning and media planning components of the client response to brief

  • Maintain up to date product knowledge across major digital publishers

  • Accountable for the holistic view of digital media planning and investment for clients

Salary range for this role is $90k - $100k per annum inclusive of Superannuation, and dependent on experience.
