The role:

As our next Digital Manager, you will work with the Digital Director taking on the online planning responsibilities in a team working to create media plans that complement the media strategy, non-digital planning and ultimately the client brief.

Core responsibilities:

  • To manage the workflow and quality of digital deliverables that are managed by the Executives and Associates
  • Actively contribute to the channel planning and media planning components of the client response to brief
  • Supports director in accurately forecasting media billings by media owner
  • To ensure a high level of digital craft capability in more junior team members
  • Provide valuable and empathetic mentoring, guidance and career development to your team

A bit about you:

  • Strong generalist understanding of all digital channels (social, search, programmatic, video display)
  • Deep Social craft knowledge - able to guide strategy, execution and set best practice 
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills - ability to coordinate and align internal craft teams 
  • Ability to translate technical detail into clear, simple language for clients
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and numeracy skills 
  • Comfortable with reporting, presentations and client-facing conversations 
  • Exposure to Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360 and other analytics tools will be highly regarded
