About the role
Reporting to the Executive Manager – Markets & Digital Adoption, you will lead the Marketing function as well as our Digital & Product Support Representative teams.
Marketing Leadership
You will execute a compelling and consistent brand identity, lead integrated strategies that build trust and support sales, design targeted campaigns, manage agency partners, and drive innovation in customer engagement and market storytelling.
Digital Solutions & Customer Adoption
You will develop and lead campaigns promoting our digital tools, increase usage of Caterpillar platforms, support customer onboarding, influence sales teams to lift digital uptake, oversee adoption metrics, and lead the Product Support Representatives who directly impact sales performance.

What we’re looking for
5+ years’ marketing experience in a related industry (heavy equipment or automotive).
Relevant tertiary qualification.
2+ years’ people leadership experience.
Proven marketing strategy execution and digital channel management.
You’ll thrive here if you bring strong commercial acumen, customer‑centric thinking, the ability to simplify complex messages, and confidence leading and motivating teams.
