What do we do?

Paddle offers digital product companies a completely different approach to their payment infrastructure. Instead of assembling and maintaining a complex stack of payments-related apps and services, we’re a Merchant of Record for our customers. That means we take away 100% of the pain of payment fragmentation. It’s faster, safer, cheaper, and, above all, way better.

We’re backed by investors including KKR, FTV Capital, Kindred, Notion, and 83North and serve over 5000 software sellers in 245 territories globally.

The Role:

We’re looking for a Digital Events Specialist to own and execute Paddle’s webinar and virtual event program across the full funnel.

This role is focused on driving pipeline generation through high-performing webinars, working within the Demand Generation team, but working very closely with Product Marketing, Revenue Marketing, Sales, and Partnerships to deliver compelling, conversion driven experiences.

Your mission is clear: Plan, execute, and optimise a scalable webinar program that consistently drives qualified pipeline.

You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end webinar lifecycle - from ideation and speaker coordination to promotion, delivery, and post-event conversion - ensuring webinars are a meaningful revenue channel, not just a brand activity.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role with clear impact on pipeline creation.

What you'll do:

Own the webinar program

  • Plan and execute Paddle’s webinar strategy across the buyer journey (TOFU → BOFU)

  • Deliver a consistent cadence of high-quality webinars aligned to campaign priorities

  • Manage the full lifecycle: topic development (with Revenue Marketing, Demand Generation and Product Marketing), speaker sourcing, briefing, execution, and follow-up

Drive pipeline through events

  • Design webinars with clear conversion goals (MQL → SQL → pipeline)

  • Partner with Sales and BDR teams to ensure strong follow-up and conversion

  • Optimise registration-to-attendance and attendance-to-opportunity rates

Execute high-quality digital experiences

  • Run live and on-demand webinars using best-in-class tools and formats

  • Ensure a seamless attendee experience (production quality, moderation, engagement)

  • Experiment with formats (panels, demos, workshops, customer sessions) to improve performance

Collaborate cross-functionally

  • Work with Product Marketing and Content on messaging, positioning, and content

  • Partner with Revenue Marketing on campaign integration and promotion strategy

  • Collaborate with Partnerships on co-marketing webinars

  • Align with Sales on target accounts, themes, and follow-up workflows

Optimise and scale performance

  • Track and report on key metrics: registrations, attendance, engagement, pipeline, ROI

  • Continuously test and improve formats, channels, and messaging

  • Build repeatable playbooks for scalable webinar execution

We'd love to hear from you:

  • Have 2–4 years of experience in digital events, webinars, or demand generation within B2B SaaS or tech

  • Have executed full funnel webinars or virtual events that contributed to pipeline or revenue

  • Are highly organised and comfortable managing multiple events simultaneously

  • Have strong attention to detail and can run polished, professional live experiences

  • Understand how to create content that engages and converts a B2B audience

  • Are comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and external partners

  • Are data-driven and motivated by improving performance metrics
