Digital Analyst

We’re looking for a Digital Analyst to join our Digital Analytics team at Harrods. In this role, you’ll interpret, report on, and analyse digital performance data, while playing a key role in our testing and optimisation initiatives.

About the Role

As a Digital Analyst, you'll work closely with the Senior Digital Analyst to explore performance data, support tracking enhancements, lead insight projects, and contribute to A/B testing—all with the goal of delivering strategic value and immediate commercial impact. You'll serve as a key contact for insights into online performance, marketing trends, and the competitor landscape.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with internal and external Analytics and Research teams to deliver actionable insights that drive decision-making
  • Staying informed on digital trends and changes in areas such as cookie tracking and online measurement
  • Working with stakeholders to develop test hypotheses, define requirements, review designs, and create development tickets
  • Effectively communicating digital analytics findings across the business, including presentations to senior leadership

About You

You’re experienced with digital measurement tools like Google Analytics and Contentsquare, and confident in challenging assumptions to get to the core of business needs. Strong storytelling and presentation skills are essential.

You’ll also bring:

  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4, SQL, and A/B testing
  • A naturally curious mindset, with a passion for solving problems and finding the right analytical approach to deliver insights
  • The ability to turn data into clear, compelling stories that drive action
