Our hosting team delivers InterSystems’ solutions as hosted or managed services, anywhere in the world.  As more and more clients change to hosted solutions, we are looking for junior and senior systems engineers to join the team and help us with delivering the high levels of availability, performance and security that our clients have come to rely on.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Vulnerability Management:
    • Analyse vulnerability data (Nessus/Tenable, Palo Alto XDR).
    • Assess exploitability, track trends, and monitor recurring risks.
  • Patching & Remediation:
    • Manage patch schedules and coordinate with teams and customers.
    • Prioritize and monitor remediation, ensuring timely closure.
  • External Testing & Security Reviews:
    • Organize annual penetration tests and pre-go-live security reviews.
    • Track findings and coordinate fixes, maintaining documentation.
  • Reporting & Communication:
    • Produce reports for stakeholders, translating technical issues into business insights.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of vulnerabilities and security processes.
  • Security Operations & Improvement:
    • Align with US security team on standards and incident response.
    • Support audits (ISO27001/17/18) and contribute to process improvements.

Skills & Experience:

  • Essential
    • Hands-on experience with vulnerability scanning tools (Nessus/Tenable).
    • Familiarity with endpoint detection/response (Palo Alto XDR).
    • Strong analytical and communication skills.
    • Experience coordinating patching/remediation.
    • Collaborative approach with internal and external teams.

 

  • Preferred:
    • Experience in hosting, cloud, or MSP environments.
    • Exposure to ISO frameworks and audits.
    • Penetration test coordination.
    • Basic networking/infrastructure knowledge.
    • Familiarity with SIEM/log management and incident response.
