Senior DevOps Engineer

Clario is expanding its Infrastructure & Platform Services team and is hiring a Senior DevOps Engineer. In this role, you’ll design, build, and scale secure and automated platforms that power the future of healthcare. You’ll modernize our infrastructure, accelerate delivery through CI/CD, and influence how our teams innovate at a global scale. What You’ll Be Doing

Platform & Automation

• Lead the design and optimization of CI/CD pipelines and environments

• Architect and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet)

• Drive automation strategies across build, release, and deployment processes

Cloud & Infrastructure

• Own and scale AWS/Azure environments and SaaS operations at enterprise level

• Define and implement capacity planning and optimization strategies for infrastructure and data storage

• Provide technical leadership for application software, systems, and platform services

Reliability & Security

• Establish monitoring standards for uptime, performance, and fault resolution using advanced observability tools

• Embed “Privacy-by-Design” and “Security-by-Design” into infrastructure workflows

• Develop and test enterprise-wide backup, restore, and disaster recovery strategies

• Act as a senior liaison between Agile development, security, and infrastructure operations

Leadership & Collaboration

• Mentor and coach junior and mid-level DevOps engineers

• Champion DevOps best practices across engineering teams

• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and third-party vendors to drive continuous improvement

• 7–10 years of experience in DevOps, systems engineering, or software development

• Proven expertise in CI/CD automation and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, or equivalent)

• Advanced, hands-on experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms at scale

• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Ruby, PowerShell, Shell, etc.)

• Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, load balancing, VLANs)

• Experience with enterprise-grade monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, CloudWatch)

• Demonstrated ability to mentor peers and lead technical initiatives

• AWS or Azure certifications

• Expertise in DevSecOps and cybersecurity practices

• Proven ability to manage large-scale, distributed systems in regulated environments

• Experience with system hardening, patch management, and SaaS operations
