About this opportunity:
We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our Łódź based Ericsson team. You should have a solid understanding of CI/CD technologies and be familiar with DevOps tools such as Git, Gerrit, and Jenkins, as well as configuration management practices. Experience working with cloud-native environments, especially Kubernetes and Docker, is important, along with strong troubleshooting skills to investigate and resolve reported issues.
This role follows a hybrid work model with three days per week in the office in Łódź.
What you will do:- Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support efficient and reliable software delivery.- Work with DevOps tools (Git, Gerrit, Jenkins) and configuration management practices to streamline workflows.- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot cloud-native environments, including Kubernetes and Docker-based solutions.- Investigate, debug, and resolve reported issues to ensure system stability and performance.- Collaborate closely with development and testing teams to improve automation, quality, and delivery processes.- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying gaps, proposing enhancements, and implementing innovative solutions.- Take part in knowledge-sharing activities and support a culture of learning and innovation within the team.
The skills you bring:- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.- Understanding of CI/CD technologies- Familiarity of DevOps tools (e.g. Git, Gerrit, Jenkins), configuration management- Cloud native software stacks and execution environments (Kubernetes, Dockers)- Troubleshooting skills: Capacity to investigate and debug reported issues.- Knowlege sharing approach and openness to learn- English on intermediate level- Teamwork spirit and good communication skill
