The Global Marketing Department 

The marketing department partners with other areas of the firm to effectively communicate and deliver Dimensional’s message through various internal and external platforms. Team members are passionate about the firm’s philosophy and work collaboratively to spread the word about Dimensional’s offering. The EMEA Marketing Department 

The EMEA team is responsible for developing regional marketing strategy, implementing brand and content design, and delivering impactful marketing activity to support regional growth efforts. The team is focused on four key objectives: 

  • Support regional business needs and growth opportunities. 

  • Be the regional consultants to both the EMEA business and the global marketing department. 

  • Execute, roll-out and tailor global marketing initiatives in region as well as deliver on regional specific requirements. 

  • Improve the client and prospect experience and raise awareness of Dimensional in our target markets. 

 

The Role 

This role is a member of the EMEA marketing team and is responsible for the conceptualisation, design, and production of exhibits, graphics, brochures, workbooks and event branding for both print and digital distribution. This role will also need to work closely and collaboratively with our US design colleagues to understand our brand and message and maintain consistency in the high-quality output that we strive for. 

 

This individual must have the ability to work accurately within a corporate brand and a fast-paced environment and develop an understanding of the broader communication needs of the internal client base.  

 

Our regional design team is small but mighty, so a key part of the role will be scaling your impact. You’ll master our brand language and uphold the principles of good design, while helping train and inspire others in the local team. This is a role for someone curious, flexible, and above all, single-minded about designing amazing client experiences. 

 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

Content Design 

  • Creates from scratch and edits exiting communications in Adobe Creative Suite including but not limited to exhibits, brochures, advertisements and additional marketing collateral. 
  • Inputs into photo shoots and retouches digital images as needed. 
  • Develops data visualisations, formats numerical data, charts, text, photographs, and other visual graphic elements. 
  • Works with the global design team to take creative direction, participate in group reviews, and maintain global brand standards. 
  • Must be able to think conceptually and use metaphors, graphics and data visualisations to simplify complex financial topics. 
  • Supports global creative projects as and when required. 
  • Is accountable for digital delivery of the final versions of marketing collateral and proper storage of file formats.  

 

Presentation Design 

  • Works with the local team to improve slides and on-screen visuals. 
  • Formats numerical data, charts, text, and other graphic elements. 
  • Maintains event collateral templates. 
  • Designs and animates PowerPoint slides for on-screen event presentations. 
  • Routes presentations through compliance for approvals and makes necessary revisions. 
  • Collaborates with speakers to create or improve their presentations and storytelling.  
  • Maintains brand standards and consistency of message and design across presentation materials. 

Requirements:

  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint skills, and willingness to cover both skillsets as and when needed.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Asset management experience with knowledge of investment products.
  • An understanding of the broad European regulatory environment and how this applies to marketing and distribution material.
  • Previous experience of complex end-to-end campaign asset delivery.
  • Comfortable with change and ambiguity, able to solve problems even when all information is not available.
  • Proactive self-starter who looks to find solutions, takes initiative and is willing to go the extra mile to achieve the best possible outcome.
  • Ability to provide high quality output in a high-pressure environment with sometimes short timelines.
  • Be a team player with an openness to feedback and desire to collaborate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of print production best practices and file preparation for digital and offset printing.

Desirable Experience:

  • Experience with workflow management tools (e.g. Jira).
  • Video editing and data visualization experience.
  • Project management expertise.
  • German language skills – advantageous but not essential
