About the role

We’re looking for a Design Director to take the lead on one of the most exciting automotive brands in the world. This is an opportunity to create some of the best work of your career, collaborating closely with our Creative Director, Copy Director, and Strategy Partner to generate groundbreaking ideas and deliver high-impact campaigns. You’ll be working at the intersection of branding and advertising, developing distinctive and compelling creative solutions that make a real difference for our clients. As Design Director, you’ll lead the creative process from concept to execution, ensuring every piece of work meets the highest standards of craft and effectiveness. You’ll work closely with strategists, writers, and designers to create integrated campaigns across print, digital, and motion. Your role will involve presenting work to clients, directing production teams, and mentoring designers to push creative boundaries. Whether it’s defining a brand’s visual identity, crafting a powerful campaign, or setting the creative vision for a major launch, you’ll bring clarity, originality, and inspiration to everything you do.

About you

You’ll have deep experience in delivering world-class branding and advertising campaigns, ideally with a strong understanding of the automotive and/or Luxury sectors. You’re passionate about great design, with an innate ability to think strategically and translate big ideas into beautifully executed work. You have exceptional communication skills and know how to present and sell ideas to clients at all levels. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and bring out the best in those around you. A track record of award-winning work would be a bonus, but what really matters is your ambition, energy, and ability to create work that moves people and brands forward. World-famous brands. National icons. Technology unicorns. Plucky upstarts no one’s yet heard of. You’ll get to work on all of these, with a team of brilliant, optimistic people right by your side and scattered all across the world.

Why us?

We’re passionate about our people and their careers. We’ll help you develop your skills and provide you with outstanding benefits. So you’ll have a chance to make your mark on our future, as we make a mark on yours. We’re proud to be the world’s most awarded brand design agency, with 28 Cannes Lions to our name and Creative Review Annual’s Most Creative Design Agency of the Year 2024. You’ll get to take new projects to award-winning potential, as part of a connected team of brilliant, tenacious people right by your side and across the world.
