Manage creative/design projects in isolation as well as a part of a team to inspire and
drive great design from those around you, directing and mentoring all members of the
creative force.
• Provide creative assistance and guidance to the Creative Director and advising Account
Directors on the overall effectiveness of all projects big and small.
• Work closely with the 1HQ strategy team to help shape and evolve brands from the
outset - part of this involvement will be to assist them with strategic direction and
challenge them to exceed expectations.
• Present creative work at the sharp end, adopting a full understanding of a brand and the
strategy behind its existence.
• Lead immersive pitches for new business as well as holding a broad understanding of 1HQ
as an agency and its history.
• Manage and run projects from concept to completion delivering to our Clients the ‘best +
beyond’ creative solution in the most cost effective manner.
• Adopt a fluid approach to clients and projects and tailor design tasks to suit the needs of
each brief.
• Organise your team and have a strong influence in selecting the right creative talent for
each project you are owning.
• Set vision and drive concepts and strategies through the whole creative and development
process.
• Manage and mentor your team as well as others to help them perform at their peak and
grow in their careers.

Career Experience
• At least 6+ years experience in packaging design role
• Good understanding of FMCG branding, luxury branding and beyond is essential
• Experience leading a team of creatives from brief to artwork
• Evidence of working with global brands
• Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
• Demonstrable experience in pushing boundaries whilst still maintaining the integrity
of the work
Qualifications
• Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent
