Are you commercially driven, excited by the idea of building a career in sales, and looking to join an ambitious, entrepreneurial team? Cool, this might be for you!

The role

You’ll be responsible for selling delegate passes to senior professionals attending our international conferences.

This is a high-performance, phone-based B2B sales role. You’ll proactively reach out to prospective delegates, including previous conference attendees and existing leads, build relationships, manage your own pipeline and take opportunities from first conversation through to close.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who genuinely wants to sell and is motivated by targets, performance and winning.

You should have:

  • At least 1 year of B2B sales experience, ideally in a phone-based sales, outbound sales or telesales environment.

  • Experience proactively contacting leads, building relationships and converting opportunities into sales.

  • A strong commercial mindset and motivation to hit and exceed revenue targets.

  • Confidence speaking with new people and the ability to build rapport quickly.

  • Resilience and persistence – you’re comfortable hearing “no” and continuing to push for results.

  • A high level of ownership over your pipeline, follow-ups and performance.

  • A desire to learn, improve and develop quickly.

This role might not be the right fit if...
  • You don't enjoy spending a significant part of your day on the phone, speaking with prospective customers.

  • You prefer a role focused on relationship management rather than actively driving sales.

  • You’re uncomfortable working towards clear sales and revenue targets.

  • You’re looking for a hybrid or remote position – our London team works together from the office five days a week.

What you’ll do
  • Generate new business by proactively reaching out to prospective delegates.

  • Sell delegate passes to senior professionals across Europe.

  • Manage your sales pipeline from initial contact through to close.

  • Work towards ambitious individual revenue targets.

  • Develop a strong understanding of our conferences, audiences and industries.

What we offer
  • Competitive base salary plus an uncapped commission structure.

  • Ongoing sales training, coaching and feedback.

  • Fast career progression with significant responsibility for high performers.

  • International exposure and opportunities to travel to our conferences.

  • 25 days’ holiday plus company pension contribution.

  • Regular team socials, lunches and events.

You must have the right to work in the UK.
