More about our mission and what we offer.

Job Description

You'll lead DEI across Wise's People function—partnering with leaders to diagnose challenges, co-create and deliver action plans, and drive measurable progress. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.  You'll need to think big picture and roll up your sleeves to make change happen.

What you'll be doing

People Partnering & Advisory

  • Partner with People COEs (Talent, L&D, Reward, Employee Relations, People Experience and Employee Brand) and business leaders to embed DEI in talent processes, policies, and culture and products.

  • Diagnose inclusion gaps through data and listening; co-create action plans with accountability

  • Coach managers and People Partners on inclusive leadership, bias mitigation, and complex DEI-related employee matters

DEI Programming & Capability Building

  • Design and deliver DEI training and learning journeys (in-person and virtual)

  • Build toolkits and resources that enable managers and teams to act on inclusion day-to-day

  • Support and govern Wise's employee communities (ERGs), ensuring alignment with business goals

Measurement, Reporting & Compliance

  • Own DEI metrics, dashboards, and narrative reporting for leadership and the Board

  • Manage global regulatory reporting (pay gap, EEO, workforce diversity) across jurisdictions

  • Track progress against DEI goals and surface insights to inform strategy

Strategy & Influence

  • Shape Wise's DEI roadmap in partnership with the People Leadership Team

  • Advise on risk, reputation, and opportunity related to DEI and take steps to mitigate.

  • Represent Wise externally and bring best practice back into the business

  • Work with Regional People teams to deliver local plans, acknowledging cultural and regional differences.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Relevant experience in DEI, Partnering, or OD roles with enterprise-wide impact

  • Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and translate DEI strategy into action

  • Strong facilitation and training design skills; comfortable delivering to large, diverse audiences

  • Experience managing multi-jurisdiction DEI reporting and compliance (pay gap, EEO, etc.)

  • Data fluency: you use metrics to diagnose problems, measure progress, and tell compelling stories

  • Bias for action and accountability—you balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

Desirable

  • Experience leading or supporting employee resource groups or communities

  • Background in fast-growth, global, or tech environments

  • Familiarity with People systems and analytics tools
