As the Deal Operations Specialist, you will work closely with the EMEA Deal Operations Manager, AECO to ensure Enterprise/Major Accounts Agreements are managed throughout the Trimble Construction One Enterprise Agreement lifecycle. In this role you will work across the Trimble organization to coordinate and establish best practices related to the Major Accounts Agreement processes; partnering closely with Sales Managers from the Major Accounts team and the regional leaders to support Enterprise contracts. This role offers you the opportunity to be a key stakeholder for the Trimble Connect and Scale strategy. In this role you will build your cross-functional- and cross-divisional network within Trimble, and establish skills within complex Enterprise Agreement processes.
The Deal Operations Specialist performs in a dynamic position supporting the Quote-to-Cash process interfacing across several areas of the business such as sales, operations, engineering, order management, legal, finance, and order admin (provisioning) to ensure seamless fulfillment of orders with current systems, while identifying and working with the appropriate teams for process improvements. One of the main functions includes ensuring the correct usage of Trimble’s operating procedures and compliance to corporate policies while moving quotes and deals through required workflows efficiently and with a highly professional and positive customer experience.
What You Will Do

Being the trusted advisor to our sales managers and partnering on building and managing Trimble Construction One Enterprise Agreements.

Plan and oversee multiple concurrent activities from Agreement initiation to completion, and renewals.

Strong business acumen, and ability to communicate and align with multiple levels within the organization to support the sales staff and other stakeholders.

Drive collaboration and communication of cross-functional, globally-dispersed teams; communicating and coordinating progress with sales, legal, revenue recognition, credit & collections, customer master, and more.

Manage, track, and provide timely updates to sales staff and customers

Contract/quote amendments and preparation:Creation of Trimble Construction One Enterprise Agreement drafts and Amendments from our standard templates, facilitation of major account deal reviews; negotiating terms and redlining with the customer in collaboration with Trimble legal and sales; processing additional orders; submit credit line requests; coordinate product provisioning; and invoicing.

Together with the Key Account Managers provide effective communication and ensure key information is cascaded across the organization, informing relevant teams about prospective, ongoing and established Trimble Construction One Enterprise Agreements.

Championing Trimble`s Connect and Scale strategy through change management, driving the transition to new common systems such as DX SFDC and best practice processes.

Monitor, track and manage Key Account data in our systems.

Assist with invoicing, invoice deviations and escalations as needed
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

2+ years of work experience in a business capacity role such as sales operations, sales, sales enablement, order administration or equivalent.

Order processing and/or customer deals experience in technology/hardware/software environment

Bachelor's degree or higher in technical focus, Finance, Business, Marketing, or related discipline

Ability to understand the bigger picture/strategy, while maintaining a high attention to details.

Strong customer-service orientation.

Ability to quickly adopt new systems and processes.

Well-organized and self-directed team player.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. French language comprehension is a plus.
