Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and support ETL/ELT solutions using Databricks, Snowflake, Teradata, and PySpark
- Build scalable and high-performance data pipelines for enterprise data warehouse and analytics platforms
- Develop and maintain workflow orchestration using Airflow
- Perform data analysis, data validation, and production support activities
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into data solutions
- Lead small to medium-sized projects and mentor junior team members
- Drive performance tuning, automation, and process improvements across the data platform
- Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and development best practices
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering, ETL Development, or Data Warehousing
- Solid hands-on experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Teradata, Python/PySpark, and UNIX
- Experience with Airflow and modern data pipeline orchestration
- Solid understanding of Data Warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and SQL
- Proven ability to lead teams
