Equifax is where you can power your possible. If you want to achieve your true potential, chart new paths, develop new skills, collaborate with bright minds,  and make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you.

Equifax’s Data Expansion team is expanding. We are looking for an engaging motivated individual to join us as a Data Development Manager. You will play an important role sourcing new data assets and engaging with new data suppliers. Join an exciting new team within Equifax’s Data & Analytics (D&A) function that is focused on leveraging analytical exercises to understand and prove the value of new data assets.

This role is a specialist position where you will be engaging with potential new data suppliers, using your experience across the financial services, data supply and/or CRA sectors. You’ll have the ability to form new relationships and maintain them once up and running. Experience for this role can come from a sales/relationship management or supplier management background.

The role will be involved in engaging with new suppliers across our core data asset focusing on areas such as BNPL, Financial services and Rental Data providers. Other core asset suppliers will need to be sourced where new suppliers are being considered to fill gaps in existing data assets. These will be complimented by looking for exciting new data assets that can be sourced and deployed in Equifax’s cloud environment to offer greater differentiation against other CRA’s.

Finding new assets and having a pipeline of new potential data suppliers will create work for the Analytical Expansion Team to evaluate, which is key to the success of the team in analytically proving the value of newly sourced data assets.

D&A offers a clear, structured, career development enabling accelerated career progression and growth. Individuals can benefit from working alongside their managers to build and fulfil their career aspirations within Equifax
