Job Description

As a Customer Success Advisor you will drive digital sales and build strong customer relationships by delivering customer-centric solutions. This role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales.

Key Accountabilities for a Customer Success Advisor with Rexel:

  • Delivering customer-centric solutions to meet internal and external customer needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate via multiple channels; phone, email, Teams, external portals and web chat to ensure all issues are resolved.
  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Stay within agreed SLAs to ensure the best customer journey possible.
  • Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
  • Providing web access and management for internal and external customers.
  • Manage and maintain social media interactions, working with our internal  marketing team.
  • Manage partnership agreements and competition winners.
  • Meeting commitments and ensuring timely delivery of services.
  • Coordinating with internal teams such as supply chain, people services and finance to ensure smooth operations.

What we’re looking for… 

Ideally you will have experience of working in a competitive customer focused role where you are comfortable working towards and exceeding sales targets 

Customer centric and a self-starter, you will enjoy developing the business through phone-based relationships, becoming the subject matter expert for your customers  

A flexible approach and an ability to work under pressure whilst identifying business opportunities
