The Job: 
As a Customer Service Representative, you will focus on responding appropriately to phone calls, web inquiries, emails, and chat requests from internal and external customers regarding the Stanley Black & Decker suite of products, as well as handling administrative tasks resulting from those interactions.

What you’ll do:

•    Handle incoming customer and partner enquiries via phone and email, ensuring queries are resolved promptly, accurately, and logged correctly.
•    Process incoming documents and complete administrative tasks to support efficient after-sales service operations.
•    Build strong relationships with internal and external customers
•    Record, manage, and maintain accurate case information within Salesforce.
•    Develop knowledge of key brand product portfolios

About You:

•    A customer service professional with experience delivering excellent support.
•    An outstanding communicator with a professional telephone manner and the ability to handle a wide range of customer enquiries professionally, clearly, and with care
•    Highly organised, with strong time management skills and the ability to manage priorities effectively throughout the day.
•    Educated to GSCE level (Including English and Maths)
•    Working experience with Microsoft Office Suite is required, while experience using SAP/Salesforce/Five9 is advantageous but not essential.
