What You Will Get To Do:

  • Management company change requests
  • Internal Voice initiatives and improvement opportunities
  • Supporting delivery of wider business change impacting Voice
  • Representing Voice in audits, meetings, and project discussions
  • Helping ensure operational change is practical, well-managed, and embedded effectively within the contact centre
