About the role
We're seeking an experienced Customer Product Owner, (“Productologist”), to own the end-to-end delivery of software solutions for our diverse client base. In this role, you'll be responsible for shepherding projects from initial conception through successful deployment, ensuring our customers' vision is achieved through our innovative AI-powered platform.

You’ll be responsible for

  • Drive end-to-end project delivery, from initial requirements gathering and design through successful launch and post-deployment support.
  • Lead customer engagement sessions to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable business and technical requirements.
  • Act as the primary liaison between multiple stakeholders on client side, squad, and technical teams.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive delivery plans, including resource allocation, timeline management, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Design, Development, QA, Platform Support) to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and scope to ensure profitable delivery while meeting customer expectations.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, Release planning, Daily standup, Retrospectives, Backlog refinement) and ensure adherence to Builder.ai's delivery methodology.
  • Leverage the platform's AI capabilities to maintain project documentation, including requirements specifications, status reports, delivery metrics using our patented assembly line for software development.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential bottlenecks and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Manage dependencies and transparencies outside of your control and resolve cross-functional conflicts impacting customers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Champion for continuous improvement initiatives within the delivery organization.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in end-to-end software project delivery management.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex B2B/B2C software products in an agile environment. Know-how of integrating software products into existing enterprise systems and workflows.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and translation into technical specifications and user stories.
  • Ability to work with technical teams to assess feasibility and constraints.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage expectations at all levels
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to review and provide feedback on design deliverables
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Results-driven with a "roll-up-your-sleeves" approach to problem-solving.
  • Learn from data and convert them into actionable outcomes.
  • Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Desired Skills

  • Experience with AI/ML-powered platforms or products
  • Certification in project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar)
  • Experience with low-code/no-code platforms
  • Knowledge of software development best practices and SDLC
  • Experience in a high-growth technology company
