Position Overview and Objective

The Manager, Customer Marketing and their direct team will work cross functionally with our Customer Success and Demand Generation teams to execute the design and delivery of programs that support the Arctic Wolf Customer engagement, retention, and growth strategies.

 

Primary Responsibilities and Duties

Develop customer lifecycle campaign program in partnership with the Demand Center, Campaigns Team, and Customer Success leadership to drive measurable growth in key areas of retention, engagement, and advocacy.

Own customer live and virtual event strategy, including Customer Advisory Board meetings, customer roundtables, and user conferences.

Manage a library of up-to-date customer success stories and work with the Demand Center on success story process and pipeline.

Advocate for continuous improvement of marketing touch points along the customer journey.

Segment customer audiences and target customers for upsell, cross-sell, and advocacy opportunities.

Provide product feedback given by advocates to the Product Management team.

Manage and maintain engagement and advocacy programs; continually recruit new customer advocates.

 

Key Skills

Proven experience communicating effectively across diverse teams in multiple departments, time zones, and functions with individual priorities.

Self-starter and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, asking questions, tracking down answers, and leading projects with minimal direction.

Proven experiencing planning, executing, and managing logistics for live and virtual events.

Strong relationship-building skills with attention to detail.

Exceptional writing, storytelling, and presentation skills.

SaaS, B2B and cybersecurity marketing experience are a plus.

Experience with audience segmentation and creating strategic, account-based, measurable marketing plans.

Experience with Marketo, GainSight, and Salesforce are preferred. 

Experience managing, mentoring, and growing a customer marketing team is preferred.

 

Minimum Qualification

 Bachelor's degree with a Marketing focus.

 6+ years of relevant work experience, including customer-facing experience.
