Description

Hybrid - Minimum 2 days on-site in London, Tower Bridge HQ

Zoopla is one of the UK’s leading property portals, empowering consumers to make informed decisions about property, whether buying, selling, renting, or letting. We are focused on providing exceptional service and user experiences, and we are committed to delivering innovative and impactful solutions to our customers.

We want to make Zoopla more welcoming, fair and representative every day. We’ll consider everyone who applies for this role in the same way, regardless of your ethnicity, colour, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, age, physical disability, neurodiversity status, family or parental status, or how long you’ve spent unemployed. We’re reimagining the property industry for everyone, so we want our team to represent people from all walks of life. We actively welcome your application if your demographics or background are underrepresented in the technology or property sectors.

We are looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team at Zoopla. This role will focus on developing and executing customer-focused marketing strategies that engage, retain, and build loyalty with our customer base. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver marketing campaigns that enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.

This role is focused on retention, product marketing, and CRM, therefore you’ll be responsible for identifying key opportunities, developing strategies, and managing activities that drive revenue and adoption across the Zoopla product portfolio. We’re looking for someone customer-centric, possibly from the property industry, who has experience developing personalised lifecycle communications across owned channels. You’ll be experienced at working with sales teams and providing them with enablement materials to support commercial objectives.

Your Role:

  • Develop and implement customer marketing strategies to increase engagement, satisfaction, and retention across Zoopla’s customer segments (e.g. estate agents, developers and advertisers).
  • Be the voice of the customer in the Marketing team, use internal and external research resources to understand customer sentiment and product usage to inform product positioning and influence customer preference for Zoopla.
  • Create engaging personalised content and CRM campaigns across the customer lifecycle that educate customers on the value they’re receiving from Zoopla, and their opportunities to grow that further. You’ll work with our content and CRM teams to deliver this.
  • Drive customer adoption of new products and features through effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Own how we evolve our comms technology for customer communications to ensure we’re delivering highly personalised content at the right time (we’re currently using Pardot and Salesforce, looking for experience with data APIs and Iterable).
  • Partner closely with the consumer marketing and product management teams within the Homes division to identify and execute B2B2C and B2C2B opportunities.
  • Measure and track impact and effectiveness of marketing and products in the market throughout their lifecycle.
  • Manage one direct report.

Skills and Experience

Experience:

  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in customer marketing, product marketing, retention or CRM roles, ideally within a property company (e.g. estate agency or property developer) or a tech or digital-first company.
  • Experience in customer lifecycle management and segmentation, as well as running multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, digital advertising, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling messages for different customer segments.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, Tableau, or similar).
  • Creativity and a passion for developing customer-centric campaigns that drive engagement.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

  • Experience in the property or real estate industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and data APIs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Iterable).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and challenges.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • A customer-first mindset, always striving to create value and enhance the customer experience.
  • Passionate about marketing innovation and staying at the forefront of industry trends.
