Job Description

We're now looking for a Customer Marketing Executive to support the AJ Bell Direct to consumer marketing team in their role to drive customers growth and increase their value to the business.

The Customer Marketing Executive will help the AJ Bell D2C marketing team in a wide variety of ways, allowing them to grow their current skill set. The role will assist in the development of customer marketing campaigns, with a focus on email, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assist with the planning and execution of customer communications (multi-channel), including campaigns such as tax year end (TYE).
  • Make sure all assets have been signed off by compliance and key stakeholders and captured for audit purposes.
  • Write clear and concise marketing briefs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Brand, Product, Legal, Compliance and Data to deliver best-in-class email content.
  • Work closely with our CRM team and Strategy & Insights team to deliver time relevant results,
  • Support and enable the business to deliver good outcomes for retail customers by helping achieve any regulatory requirements, including consumer duty.

What you’ll bring:

  • 1+ years’ experience in customer marketing.
  • Excellent attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills.
  • Knowledge of email marketing.
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Creativity and curiosity.
  • Data-driven, with a test and learn mindset.
  • Analytical with the ability to interpret data and insights.
