Our CRM team plays an important role in helping customers better manage their financial wellbeing. Using customer insight, data and creativity, you will deliver engaging and relevant communications that bring our products and services to life. By creating meaningful customer experiences across multiple touchpoints, you will help promote engagement, loyalty and long-term customer value.
This is a hybrid role reporting into our Senior Customer Marketing Manager.
Work that matters – What you'll do
- Develop and deliver CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications and direct mail.
- Create compelling customer journeys and messaging that deliver a consistent experience across channels.
- Manage campaigns end-to-end, including planning, execution, reporting and optimisation.
- Use customer insight and performance data to improve targeting, engagement and campaign effectiveness.
- Partner with our teams and external agencies to ensure all campaigns meet business, brand and compliance requirements.
What you'll need to bring to the role & Experian
- Experience managing CRM or customer marketing campaigns from development through to delivery and optimisation.
- Knowledge of using customer data and insights to improve campaign performance.
- Experience working across direct marketing channels, including email, SMS, push notifications and direct mail.
- Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle or Marketing Cloud.
