In this high-impact role, you'll help champion the voice of the customer across our business, ensuring consumer perspectives shape decisions that drive growth across our European markets.

As a Customer Insight Manager, you'll play a key role in strengthening and embedding customer insight across TJX Europe. Working with stakeholders across Marketing, Loyalty, Ecommerce and other functions, you'll deliver meaningful insights that influence both strategic planning and day-to-day decision-making. If you're passionate about understanding customers, uncovering opportunities and turning data into compelling stories, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and deliver customer and consumer insight programmes that support business priorities across Europe.
  • Design and manage quantitative and qualitative research projects, from brief through to actionable recommendations.
  • Translate customer, market and business data into clear, engaging insight stories that drive decision-making.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify the evidence needed to unlock opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Analytics teams to create a deeper understanding of customer behaviour and performance.
  • Manage external research partners, ensuring high-quality delivery and innovative thinking.
  • Enhance insight tools, reporting and ways of working to make insight more accessible across the business.
  • Share best practice and collaborate with global Insight teams to maximise learning and impact.

Who You Are

  • An experienced insight professional with a background in customer insight, market research or consumer research.
  • Experienced in designing and delivering both quantitative and qualitative research programmes.
  • Skilled at bringing together multiple data sources and turning complex findings into clear, compelling recommendations.
  • A confident communicator who can build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to identify opportunities and translate insight into action.
  • Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience within retail, ecommerce or another consumer-focused business would be an advantage.

What We Offer

At TJX Europe, we believe in supporting our associates to thrive both professionally and personally. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Hybrid working model with flexibility
  • Generous holiday allowance plus bank holidays
  • Exclusive employee discounts at TK Maxx and Homesense
  • Ongoing learning and development opportunities
  • A collaborative, inclusive culture where your voice is valued
  • Access to wellbeing support and resources
  • Pension and life assurance schemes
  • Opportunities to grow your career across our global business
  • A vibrant, campus-style head office in the heart of Watford—featuring a subsidised canteen, onsite gym, free parking, and just a short walk from Watford Junction Station

You must have the legal right to work in the country you are applying to.

Share our determination to think bolder and bigger, and be part of our future. We consider all applicants for employment without regard to age, disability, gender, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnerships, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief and/or sexual orientation.
