The Vacancy
We are always looking for exceptional individuals to join our multinational group of talented professionals and right now we are seeking to recruit a motivated and talented Customer Experience Administrator.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the end-to-end processing and fulfilment of customer orders. You will manage international export shipments from order through to delivery, ensuring goods are shipped on time, cost-effectively and in line with customer, customs and country-specific requirements. Working closely with customers, colleagues, carriers and freight partners, you will manage priorities, proactively resolve issues and ensure shipments move efficiently through the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and monitor SAP ERP purchase orders and process customer orders through to delivery.
- Respond to customer quote requests and generate quotes for goods, services and repairs.
- Manage and monitor international shipments, including shipping, customs and export documentation, ensuring delivery deadlines and customer requirements are met.
- Use the Company’s CRM system to record and manage customer interactions, whilst providing a professional and positive experience across all communication channels.
- Contribute to departmental KPIs, targets and service standards, whilst identifying opportunities to improve processes, productivity and performance.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Business-to-Business order administration role.
- Experience of SAP ERP and/or CRM systems is desirable, although full training will be provided on SAP.
- Experience of goods export and an understanding of customs procedures is highly desirable.
- Strong IT skills, including a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Well organised with excellent communication skills, a professional telephone manner and the ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
