Culture & Engagement

  • Change Enablement: Support culture change programs and drive adoption of global initiatives within local markets.

  • Culture Champion: Embed Company values into culture initiatives, ensuring alignment of HQ with the rest of EMEA.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior stakeholders and leaders to conceptualize and design regional cultural programs aligned with business priorities.

  • Execution Partnership: Partner with HR and local offices to roll out regional engagements and cultural initiatives across EMEA.

  • Cross-Cultural Facilitation: Bridge cultural differences across diverse EMEA markets through inclusive communication and events.

  • Program Evaluation: Track events or projects’ effectiveness via feedback, data, and ROI metrics; adapt programs to maximize impact across diverse cultures.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to HQ stakeholders, business leaders, and HR teams on culture strategies.

Who We Look For
  • Experience: 6–8 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, or Training, ideally with regional EMEA exposure.

  • Public Speaking & Facilitation: Confident, engaging presenter able to lead training, workshops, and townhalls for diverse audiences.

  • Bilingual Communication: Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken, to effectively deliver training across the region.

  • Stakeholder Management: Strong ability to partner with HR teams, business leaders, and cross-border stakeholders.

  • Personal Attributes: Proactive, adaptable, not afraid to try new approaches, and comfortable balancing strategic initiatives with hands-on delivery.
