We are looking for a Chief Technology and IT Officer (CTIO) to drive the technology vision and strategy for our full portfolio (Networks, Cloud Software and Services, Enterprise) with Orange Group and Orange France. This senior executive is accountable for shaping long-term technology evolution, being a trusted advisor to the key decision makers, and securing that Ericsson is perceived as a preferred partner with end-to-end solutions that provide customer value. The role requires strong business & technology acumen, deep pre-sales experience in complex telecom environments, and the ability to operate and influence at C-level internally and with customers.

What you will do:
- Lead the technical strategy of Ericsson business with the Orange CTIOs organizations.
- Build customer intimacy with Orange CTIOs and other key stakeholders and ensure deep understanding of their challenges, goals, and business objectives.
- Drive innovation and position Ericsson solutions to address Orange objectives and maintain competitive advantage.
- Provide thought leadership by sharing business insights, industry trends, and technological advancements.
- Foster strong collaboration with Sales to drive Ericsson business growth while ensuring alignment with Orange priorities.
- Influence Ericsson portfolio roadmap towards Business Areas with Orange business needs and strategy.
- Manage cross-domain teams to deliver end-to-end network solutions.
The skills you bring:
- BS Degree in Engineering (IT, Telecom, Computer Science) required; MS preferred.
- 10+ years ICT industry experience, including leadership roles involving portfolio strategy, technical sales, product management, or consulting.
- Strong experience leading large, complex technical teams and projects in a multi-domain/ cross-BA environment
- Strong relations with various BA teams and organizations.
- Deep knowledge of end-to-end network technologies, focusing on 5G, AI, and Cloud-native solutions.
- Proven ability to align technical roadmaps with customer business objectives and commercial strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging executive stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external partners.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in building and developing high-performing, distributed teams.
- A holistic vision across all portfolio domains and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for Orange
- Deep curiosity and excellent listening skills to understand Orange unique challenges and proactively develop tailored solutions.
- Previous CTO Experience and French proficiency is a strong plus.
