We are looking for a dynamic and experienced CRM Specialist to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Head of CRM, you will help implement and improve CRM strategies that grow user engagement, retention, and revenue across both B2C and B2B segments. You will execute campaigns, using data for insights, and collaborating with multiple teams to deliver impactful results. The role is a hybrid, so we would like to join us in the office 2-3 days per week.

What you'll do:

  • Campaign Management:

    • Develop and improve CRM campaigns across email and push notifications and other channels.

    • Manage end-to-end campaign workflows, from brainstorming and segmentation to execution and performance analysis.

  • Data-Driven Insights:

    • Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

    • Collaborate with the business, the Data & Analytics team and Martech to refine targeting and personalization strategies.

    • Be hands-on in managing data to ensure accurate segmentation and impactful campaign execution.

  • Customer Lifecycle Management:

    • Implement lifecycle programs to improve engagement, reduce churn, and increase customer lifetime value.

    • Develop retention strategies and win-back campaigns tailored to different customer segments.

  • Collaboration:

    • Partner with the Martech team to improve CRM tools, including Adobe Campaign Manager.

    • Work with our external agency partners in the realization of CRM campaigns and Precision Marketing flows

    • Work with the Paid Marketing, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure alignment across channels and touchpoints.

  • Innovation & Optimization:

    • Stay updated on CRM trends and tools to bring fresh ideas and innovations.

    • Test and improve messaging, timing, and channel performance to maximize impact.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, customer engagement, or email marketing.

  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Adobe Campaign Manager preferred).

  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools Looker, Knocker, or Braze.

  • Excellent project management skills with a focus on execution.

  • Experience collaborating with multiple teams.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
