Job Description

As CRM manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of customer communication efforts across the region. This role is pivotal in optimizing our customer interactions, to drive engagement, retention and loyalty of our customer base.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing email marketing campaigns in HubSpot;

  • Automising marketing processes and support scaling the email marketing channel;

  • Conducting A/B tests to optimize campaign KPIs and metrics;

  • Analysing email and campaign performances;

You'll also be a key part in launching new products through effective integrated marketing strategies, and to ensure consistency in the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

The next Teya CRM manager must have:

  • 2+ years of experience in CRM and Email marketing
  • proficient hands on knowledge of Hubspot as CRM tool
  • content and copywriting experience
  • A/B testing experience

This role will also require:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills;

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills;

  • Willingness to learn and hands on attitude.
